About This Site

This Site serves as the official personal and professional website of Ana Palestro, a minor and professional racing driver competing in the Formula Pro USA Western Championship. All content on this Site is published with the consent and oversight of Ana’s parent/legal guardian on behalf of Ana Motorsports, LLC.

Protection of a Minor

Ana Palestro is a minor under the laws of the State of Washington and the United States. The following protections apply to all visitors, media, sponsors, partners, and any other third parties:

Interactions with Ana

All business communications, interview requests, sponsorship proposals, media inquiries, and partnership discussions must be directed to Ana Motorsports, LLC through the Contact page on this Site. Direct, unsolicited contact with Ana through any channel — including but not limited to social media, email, in-person events, or through third parties — for business, commercial, or media purposes is prohibited without prior authorization from Ana Motorsports, LLC.

Any agreement, contract, or commitment involving Ana must be executed by her parent/legal guardian on behalf of Ana Motorsports, LLC. Ana, as a minor, cannot independently enter into binding agreements.

Conduct Toward Ana

We expect all individuals who interact with Ana — whether online, at racing events, or in any other setting — to conduct themselves respectfully and appropriately. Ana Motorsports, LLC reserves the right to restrict, block, or take legal action against any individual whose conduct toward Ana is inappropriate, harassing, threatening, or otherwise harmful.

Image, Likeness, and Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Content

All content on this Site — including but not limited to photographs, videos, text, graphics, logos, page layouts, and design elements — is the property of Ana Motorsports, LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright law and international copyright treaties.

Trademarks

AnaPalestro.com, Ana Palestro, Ana Motorsports, and all associated logos, wordmarks, and branding elements (collectively, the “Trademarks”) are trademarks or registered trademarks of Ana Motorsports, LLC. All rights are reserved.

You may not use any of the Trademarks without the prior written permission of Ana Motorsports, LLC, except as necessary to accurately identify Ana Palestro or Ana Motorsports in bona fide news reporting or factual reference, provided such use does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

Unauthorized use of the Trademarks — including but not limited to use on merchandise, apparel, promotional materials, websites, social media accounts, or in connection with any product or service — is strictly prohibited and may subject the unauthorized user to legal action.

Image and Likeness Rights

Ana Palestro’s name, image, likeness, voice, biographical information, and persona (collectively, “Image and Likeness”) are protected under Washington State law and applicable federal law, including but not limited to Washington’s Personality Rights Act (RCW 63.60).

The following uses of Ana’s Image and Likeness are strictly prohibited without the express prior written consent of Ana Motorsports, LLC:

·       Use in connection with any product, service, brand, or organization

·       Reproduction, distribution, or display for any commercial purpose

·       Creation of derivative works, including edited photographs, manipulated images, or AI-generated content based on Ana’s Image and Likeness

·       Use that implies endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or association with any person, company, product, or organization

·       Use in any context that is defamatory, misleading, obscene, or otherwise harmful

·       Use in any AI training dataset, machine learning model, or generative AI system

·       Deepfake creation or any synthetic media that uses, replicates, or simulates Ana’s Image and Likeness

Limited License for Personal, Non-Commercial Use

Visitors to this Site are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and share content from this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only, provided that:

·       All copyright and proprietary notices are retained

·       The content is not modified, altered, or used in a misleading context
