fueling performance with nutrition & Fitness

“Nutrition is essential to my performance. Because I have celiac disease, I'm always intentional about what I eat — it's taught me to fuel my body with the same discipline I bring to the track.”

Built for Endurance

I started my fitness journey during COVID when I was 11. Since then, my program has become increasingly rigorous — combining strength training, core work, cardio, and flexibility.

I know firsthand how physically demanding racing is — and I'm ready to take it to the next level.

My heart rate before and during a race, October 2025.

I've built the strength to drive the car’s brakes and steering systems with the force it takes to be competitive. To give you an idea, that means things like 175 lb trap bar deadlifts and 150 lb barbell back squats.

My program is built around strength, endurance, and flexibility — everything I need to perform at my best on track.
