Chicken, beans, rice, and plantains - a home cooked family recipe.

Nutrition is essential to my performance. Because I have celiac disease, I'm intentional about what I eat — it's taught me to fuel my body with the same discipline I bring to the track.

I started my fitness journey during COVID when I was 11. Since then, my program has become increasingly rigorous — combining strength training, core work, cardio, and flexibility.

I've built the strength to drive the car’s brakes and steering systems with the force it takes to be competitive. To give you an idea, that means things like 175 lb trap bar deadlifts and 150 lb barbell back squats.

My program is built around strength, endurance, and flexibility — everything I need to perform at my best on track.
